Ownership Structure

Investors are buying membership interests in LP Kirtley Road LLC "The Company", which is a Maryland limited liability company formed on September 8, 2023, to acquire, hold, finance, mortgage, manage, develop, and dispose MayaVita Glamping Resort on two (2) parcels of land located on Kirtley Road in Leon, Virginia 22727, with associated tax identification numbers of 33-9E and 38-8A.

The Company has acquired the land through, Kirtley Road Property Owner LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary.

All of the business, investments, and affairs of the Company will be directed by the Managing Member of the Company, GP Kirtley Road LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. Ahmed Helmi and John Conley are the members of the Managing Member.

They are responsible for managing all business and affairs of the Company.
